Welcome to the web-site of the Christian Ethical Investment Group. The site was officially launched on 13th November 2001 in London.

Transfer of CEIG to ECCR now ratified

All relevant documents regarding the transfer will be found in the EGM section at left. They are placed here for information of web members and others who may be interested.

Following a mailing to postal members a total of 39 people responded and voted unanimously in favour of all proposals. The transfer of CEIG to ECCR can now formally begin, and administrative actions in relation to assets and membership are underway.

Mike Tyrrell

Mike Tyrrell, former Chairman of CEIG, passed away on 30th July 2002. Mike was an enthusiastic and passionate supporter of the principles of ethical investment, and of communicating it to the investing world. His knowledge and understanding, backed by an unshakeable Christian faith, have proved an example to us all, both within CEIG and elsewhere. It is with this example in mind that we will continue the work of CEIG into the future.
